I am thinking of  a similar situation with night schedule.
 
A server room is usually served with the main HVAC which is turned off at night.
 
When the room temerature is above 30°C, the available manager schedule would turn on a wndow unit to cool it down.  I wonder, if the ventilation object can be turned on in the similar way.

I see your point. I hate to break it to you, but you'll have to delve into the wonderfull world of EMS to do this. It's maybe a bit daughnting, but worth it in the end and actually not that hard. The basic concept is to override schedule values based on logic as the simulation runs.
