Dear Ali,
I met this error these days. This error only occurs when using HVAC template.
I found that the reason is the cooling or heating capacity is smaller than the demand. Try to enlarge the cooling or heating capacity to see the result.
BTW, you may also need to check other inputs. For example, I set the chiller cooling setpoint at "on", it will also lead to this error. After delete it, the result becomes normal.
