EnergyPlus is not a daylight analysis program. I do not recommend using it for that purpose.
(In addition, it is impossible to have even a general idea about your problem with the information you provided. Imagine that someone asked you the same question. How would you answer with only the fact that E+ indicates 1000lux 10m from the window? And no input information?)
