[EnergyPlus_Support] Runs terminate without completing error file

When performing a large set of runs on a remote Linux cluster a subset (a smallish subset, ~80 of 120k, and more or less the same subset each time) fails every time I perform the run. There does not appear to be sufficient information in the error file to diagnose the issue as the simulation just appears to stop (see attached) there is no consistent warning(s) (of those that are reported before the failure occurs) that occur across only the failed runs.The stuff at the top of the error file varies from run to run but it always fails just after "Beginning Simulation". 

I would appreciate any guidance you may have.

At which point there is not more content, the stuff at eh top of the error file varies form run to run but ti always fails just after "Beginning Simulation"
