[EnergyPlus_Support] Question about Ecotect schedules

Dear collegues

I know this is not the right forum to be discussing about Ecotect but I thought maybe some of you may have used Ecotect.

I created an occupancy schedule in Ecotect as follows: 100% occupnacy from 7 am oclock to 1500 afternoon. The previous simulation I did without the occupancy and without occupancy schedule calculated internal temperatures of say 10.8 degrees at 2 am. I added occupancy in the room and scheduled that the occupancy starts at 7 am. The surprising thing is that I expected the temperature at 2 am to be still 10.8 degrees since I consider the room un occupied in my schedule at that time instead the calculated temperature is now 16 degrees. I dont understand it. Can anybody explain to me if this is possible.

Regards

T.K
