The problem is that the result shows that the
temperature during unnocupied hour fall out of the
setpoint. Addionaly the Time Setpoint Not Met
during unnocupied hour is 864,50 hours.

Sytem Operation from ASHRAE 90.1-2007, where the
fan needs to operate continuosly whenever spaces
are occupied and shall cycled to meet heating and
cooling loads during unoccupied hours, I used the
AvailabilityManager:NightCycle tool with control
type CycleOnControlZone. However checking the
annual results, the fan didn't cycle at any time
during unnocupied hour. Does anyone know what
happened? I have tried use the fan type ON/OFF to
comply with the item, but the result was the same.
