[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: Restrictions on Real-Time Weather Data usage?

Thank you Linda. Weather data from EnergyPlus web portal seems to be mainly from airports. It's that how EnergyPlus can make European weather data public domain without violating the WMO resolution 40? 

I suppose extracting data from the ISD which are not so called "additional data" (according to WMO res. 40) would make it possible to use weather data from ISD without restrictions?
