I was looking for EnergyPlusV600023, my bad! is there a particular reason for not having an archive of the older versions? If the EP team doesn't have a problem, can we at IIIT-Hyderabad maintain a public archive for the same?

c) you can convert any files to the later version using the update conversion program:
