We don't have funds/resources to try to support older versions.

You would need to have a distribution license to maintain a public archive of installs.

Is there a particular reason you would want to have older, more buggy, less feature versions available?

b) only the latest version is available

c) you can convert any files to the later version using the update conversion program:

d) in a short time V7.2 will be released.
