How big are the differences? They could be due either to round-off errors and in conversion to EPW. The weather data in a DOE-2 *.bin file are stored in integer F for temperature, integer BTU/ft2-hr for radiation, 0.1 knots for wind speed, and octets for wind direction. Why are you doing this? You're doing a double translation from TMY3 (in metric) to BIN/FMT (in IP) back to EPW (in metric).
