I'm modeling a heat pump water heater using WaterHeater:HeatPump and SaterHeater:Stratified. I would like to set a supply temperature from the heat pump that is distinct from that of the tank setpoint. For example, control the tank to 120F with a supply water from the heat pump of 130F to increase heat transfer. As the objects are defined this appears to be currently not possible as the heat pump is controlled on the "Compressor Setpoint Temperature Schedule" and the "Dead Band Temperature Difference" within the WaterHeater:HeatPump. I tried using a Setpoint Manager on the heat pump supply node but that didn't have any effect. Any ideas?
Thanks,
Alea
