[EnergyPlus_Support] Setting the Night Cycle object

Hello,

I've tried several times to set up the "AvailabilityManager:NightCycle" in the model. However when I check the "Availability Manager Night Cycle Control Status", seems that it is not working.

Please, could anyone tell me what am I doing wrong?
I have attached the .idf named "Baseline-DistricHeating-Cooling.idf" in the file named "Problems_Submittals".
