You could also send your input file and indicate what
weather file you are using -- I can trace it down in Windows to see if
something looks odd.  That particular line of code looks pretty
straightforward unless something is negative.

Also, if you could narrow down what dates it is happening in the sim,
would be useful when you send it to the helpdesk.
