V7.1 was compiled with some different options and things
that should not have gone thru (NAN - invalid floating values) slipped
thru.  Because it completed does not mean it was yielding correct
answers.

Further information will come to you from the helpdesk -- I forwarded
your input file there.  Thanks for the link to the weather
file.
