You could either keep using type 4 dual setpoint with deadband setpoint by making sure your cooling setpoint is above your heating setpoint, or switch to single heating and single cooling type thermostats. (I advise to stay with dual setpoint with deadband if possible)

Your current cooling setpoint will try to keep the zone at 0 degrees Celsius, so would run all the time and the heat would run to keep the zone at 19.14 Celsius.

If you are wanting to have no cooling than set your cooling to 100 rather then 0. With your cooling setpoint at either 100, 25 or 23 degrees your file will run.
