Consider:
1. Thinking of these as two separate systems
a. The RTU
b. A ?DOAS? with exhaust fans operating in synch with the DOAS. The DOAS can be defined with zero fan pressure rise to become an equivalent of the intake dampers
c. You?ll have to figure out how to selectively make these two available so they?re not operating at the same time, since E+ doesn?t allow two air loops serving the same zone
2. Another possibility is to use an RTU plus ZoneHVAC:OutdoorAirUnit (with the same concern for synchronizing operation)
