cool down really far and then reheat? the further you cool below the saturation temperature, the more moisture will condense out of the air. the trick is reheating using waste heat, or not cooling down too far. Try using a heat recovery device to precool warm humid outdoor air. if the air from your zones has less energy (enthalpy) than the outdoor air, you should consider using a heat recovery device that also has moisture transfer, that is to say the latent recovery efficiency is more than zero. This will strip moisture out of the warm humid outdoor air and transfer it to the outbound air coming back from the zones. be carefull to bring the cold air into the zone so that it mixes with the zone air as quickly as possible without shooting cold air into the back of some poor person's neck. choosing the proper diffusor stradegy here is important.
