output temp and mass flow on all critical nodes to make sure they values make sence. If your output:variable dictionary is set to idf format, you can copy paste the output text direct from the rdd file and paste it into the idf.

Do you have any very high internal mass constructions, high infiltration rates or sharp and big setpoint changes?
