In principle your buildings are contained in one building object. I.e. zones do not have to be geometrically linked, but only one building object is allowed per simulation. This implies most importantly that rotation of the building object relative to north will rotate all 4 of your "buildings". If the buildings are rotated individually for parametric studies, the geo-vectors describing the geometry will need to be changed. This is not that hard to do with help GUIs like openstudio. The simulation plant loops only accept one mixer and one splitter pair per plant. A work around is using the waterheater:mixed objects to increase the number of plants whilst connecting them to a higher level plant object. This is currently my prefered way to model a plate water-water heatexchanger. These kind of schemes start becoming pretty computationally heavy. Definately set this up with just 4 zones before expanding the geometry. get your systems working first. good luck Jean Sent from my iPhone
