You can request an output variable called “Surface Ext Solar Incident” for the surface that has the PV.

So, I conclude I need to calculate Direct Horizontal irradiance as from EnergyPlus Direct Normal to find Global Horizontal. How could I determine SIN(solar_height)?

Not quite.
Global Horizontal Irradiance is the sum of Diffuse Horizontal and Direct Horizontal but what the outputs are:
Diffuse Horizontal
and
Direct Normal
I_sol_direct_normal := I_sol_direct_horizontal / (SIN (solar_height));
