[EnergyPlus_Support] - How to Model Effects of Adjacent Shadings on Windows

Dear All,

May I know is there a quick way to model the effects of nearby buildings/structures on a zone with windows?  I understand that the simple way is to model a building as a shading element in E+ but I was wondering if there is a method to indicate a factor (sky view factor) that determines the fraction that the window is in contact with the sky?

What I asking is if there is a field where I can put in 0.3 (for example) to indicate that the window will only receive direct sunlight for 30% of the time?

Any similar or suggestions would be welcomed as well.  Thanks!

Best Regards,
Poh Khai
