[EnergyPlus_Support] air conditioning load

Hi everyone,

I`ve got a problem while calculating air conditioning load for a typical building.
Generally, the problem is when I set 'outside boundary condition' of roof and floor from 'surface' to 'outdoor' AC load of winter increases as expected. However,the AC load of summer decreases other than 'increase'. After all, while all set 'outdoor', AC load of winter is larger than that of summer. This is very wired. Can anybody explain for me? Or there is something wrong with my configuration. Thanks very much!
