I can imagine Jean solving the world’s energy modeling problems from his iPhone while buying groceries or having a cup of coffee�.

Found it!
Thank you very much, Jean!
The problem was that I had forgotten to manually set the air flow of the zone terminal. It was left to autosize and the airflow was 0 m3/s even though the rest of the components were sized correctly.
