You would not want to delete your zones-- Paste one HVAC template object per zone- and a HVAC template thermostat for all zones.
This is not to say that the detailed Design Builder HVAC is not useful- just that sometimes you might want to modify in IDF editor.
In Design Builder, the compact HVAC is HVAC templates-- Also once you run your HVAC template file you can find the file titled expidf and save as .idf to have a the fully connected HVAC system.

I have created my IDF of design builder model, and deleting all HVAC systems because i wanna use the HVAC templates.

In IDF editor i have created the systems but i don't know how associate the same with the zones of design builder model.

Most of the time I end up deleting the design builder HVAC systems entirely and then adding HVAC systems using the HVAC templates option in Energy Plus.
