Using HVAC template--
  1. In IDF editor click open file, change the file type to open to Expanded-Idf (Same file name as your IDF, but ending in EXPIDF.
  2. Save your EXPIDF with the file extension IDF.
  3. See previous post for turning off cooling while keeping setpoints.

Set the cooling setpoint very high-- say 100C, or set your cooling availability schedule to 0. Either should still allow you to use the setpoints not met output to check your zone temps with reference to your set points.
