It is an auxulary program bundeled with Enegry Plus. 
To use it:
  1. Open your file in EP Launch
  2. Click the tab to the right called "utilities"
  3. This will provide a dropdown that has the calc soil temp software.
  4. You will need to know a bit about your site and the ground there to go with your EPW file.
