Hello,
I am a new user of energy plus and i want to model a simple one-floor house of 65 m^2 (the whole house consists of one thermal zone). I am using google sketchup (with energy plus plug-in) in order to import the geometry of the construction. I would like to ask if it is adequate to split the house into different zones(e.g. livingroom, kitchen, bathroom,e.t.c.) or if i can use one single zone for the whole construction. If I don't split it I will not have any internal walls. Does energy plus need them for the simulation?
Thank you for your help in advance,
Stavroula Schoina.
