[EnergyPlus_Support] steam to water heat exchanger

Folks,

I am trying to simulate a steam loop that is connected to a water loop 
via a heat exchanger. Is there anyway I can do this in EnergyPlus? I 
tried to use plate heat exchanger, but came back with the following 
warning. It's not severe error, but it looks serious to me. It basically 
says that the plate heat exchanger nodes always assume water as the 
fluid type, even if I have connected it to a steam loop.

Any comments would be appreciated. Thanks.
