Hi
This is my first post to the group and I am pretty new to Energyplus so pardon me if my question is lame. I am trying to model an example building say with 4 rooms each being a separate thermal zone. Each room has a thermostat and a motorized vent. The HVAC system is single Packaged Roof Top Unit. Now based on the load requirements of each zone the motorized vent opens/closes. So my first question is, is there an equipment defined in EnergyPlus to model the motorized vent or can I use some equipment say VAV (without reheat?) or a Variable speed fan to model it?
