I use a NTFS on Windows 7. So It should be able to generate a 16 Gb file according to the table...
For safety I've cut the monthly and daily reporting. Hope it will do the trick. (result in 4 hour...)

I concur with Brent, but it certainly depends on the Windows version you are running on (more importantly the format of the underlying file system: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_file_systems#Limits).
