Thank you. When i try to use following variable the heat gain has negative value. Any thoughts?

- Note that you should specify in your IDF:
- Output:VariableDictionary,IDF;
- This will create a .rdd file which contains a listing of all possible report variables. There are literally hundreds (or more). I have only shown a few samples ? there are more that might work better for you.

- I'm trying to get total heat gain through external wall in a zone. I found following variable gives surface heat gain.
- Surface Inside Face Net Surface Thermal Radiation Heat Gain Rate
- Surface Outside Face Solar Radiation Heat Gain Rate
- Can anybody suggest me what output variable i need to choose for this??
