Thanks. So I have to alter the 'minimum outdoor air schedule' at coltroller level.
This works, but only at AHU level. All the zones have to follow this schedule.
What if I want to have zones with different schedules?

You should be using CAV, not VAV.
See the HeatPump.idf with cycling CAV or
HeatPumpAirToAirWithRHControl.idf with constant CAV.
