Table 6.8.1C shows the minimum "rated" COP, not data for the curves. This is the value you would use for Nominal COP in the chiller objects (for this example or any other chiller type modeled). Chiller:Electric, Central Chiller, !- Name AirCooled, !- Condenser Type autosize, !- Nominal Capacity {W} 3.2, !- Nominal COP {W/W} The curves are another story completely and could not be created using 90.1. To be fair, I guess you could use the same curves as the proposed building (created from manufacturers data). Or if you know that the chiller manufacturer, size, type, etc. will change, then curves for each would be required (?).
