I forgot to add that you need to change your input weather data file
to have only the
hourly records, and add the year, month, day, hour at the beginning
of each line, like this:

input format and it seems to work (see attached). Please note
that there seems to be a mistake in your longitude, and that
you're missing the WMO station number, elevation and time zone,
