[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: FangerPPD acceptable levels

I am glad for triggering this interesting conversation, and I would say that I agree with the last comment. But,I have to come in some conclusion for PPD acceptable levels to use them for my undergraduate thesis. So,which solution do you suggest me,for academic purposes??the "leave it up to the user to determine acceptability" one?
My building is located in Greece (Crete island).
Please let me know, because its a quite important issue for me
thank you all again!!

There or other indices, from others who did a lot of work in tropical countries notably Koenigsberger. Besides different climate classifications in different parts of Australia, comfort in its residential buildings depends on also whether there is a fan, three sizes available in its FirstRate software, or not. Recently ASHRAE, particularly 55, has emphasized on the effects of air movement and EnergyPlus has Adaptive Thermal Comfort index. ooi
