There are ASHRAE IWEC2 weather files for Santa Cruz
(BOL_SANTA-CRUZ-EL-TROMP_852450) and Cochabamba
(BOL_COCHABAMBA_852230) as well as 3 other locations in
Bolivia. The entire set of 3,012 IWEC2 weather files are
available on a DVD from ASHRAE (www.techstreet.com/cgi-bin/detail?product_id=1823067)
for $229.
Individual IWEC2 weather files are available from my company
(White Box Technologies) in various formats (BINM for DOE-2,
EPW for EnergyPlus, etc.) for $35 per site. For a list of the
