DEar Ivan,
My suggestion is to use the file HPAirToAir_wSolarCollectorHWCoil.idf. It has a combination of heat pump and solar collector. We will have to remove the heat pump from the system and change the values for the solar collector in order to model your situation.

how can I create a system of solar water heating? Is there a template?
I know you have a model example files, but is not so simple.
Another question is whether it can create the Design Builder. Anyone know?
