In the compact.expidf file Sizing:Zone refers to:
Escritorio, 207, 182 and 199
Escritorio itself is a ZoneList which includes 207, 182 & 199
This constitutes the duplicate reference.

Look in your expanded IDF from the HVACTemplates. Starting about here. (compact.expidf)
