Check that there are no higher level "availabilitymanager"s overwriting your schedule values. For example, night managers, etc.
Check that your schedules are right.
Check that the equipment has been sized properly.
Output the mass flow and temperatures of both relevent water and air nodes.
If you still have trouble, submit a helpdesk ticket for help or share your idf with the group. Maybe someone has time to look at it.
