RE: [EnergyPlus_Support] Controller error for Chilled Water system
It could be that the coil is just not large enough to meet the load at full water flow. The chilled water is only 4C colder than the air temperature setpoint, that may be limiting the cooling capacity.
Also that coil controller works better when the sensor node is the air outlet of the coil (rather than a node further downstream).

I was wondering if someone can help me.
I am getting the following error for all my water coil controllers:
* Severe ** FindRootSimpleController: Controller error for controller = "S-23 AHU COOLING COIL CONTROLLER"
** ~~~ ** Environment=COMMUNITYCENTER_CKS122812, at Simulation time=01/03 14:00 - 14:30
** ~~~ ** Controller function is inconsistent with user specified controller action = Reverse action
** ~~~ ** Actuator will be set to maximum action
