[EnergyPlus_Support] multizone temperature setpoint

Hi, I would like to ask how control a multizone average temperature.

I have an AHU which serves two zones. These are two identical rooms with different internal gains.

There is a pre-heat which increases outdoor temperature up to 15 °C and then I used an electric heating coil. I would like to obtain 21°C as average temperature of these two zones.

Firstly I tried to put the coil setpoint on the node which mixes the two zones' return air and a SetpiontManager:Scheduled. The behaviour of the coil is "highly floating" and it doesn't achieve the setpoint.

Secondly I tried to use ZoneControl:Thermostat + SetpointManager:MultiZone:Heating:Average. It works perfectly without internal gains. But if I schedule people gains, it doesn't work. (people in only one room: 21°C in the unoccupied room and more in the occupied one, while I want an average of 21; equal number of people in both rooms: "highly floating" and it doesn't achieve the setpoint).

I suppose to ignore some important element of control. Thank you if you have some suggestions.
