[EnergyPlus_Support] N++ beta download update

I apologize to all who downloaded the latest version of N++ today.

Per Linda's remark, I updated the installation package to include the more stable version of EnergyPlus (v8-0-0.008).

N++ with EnergyPlus v8-0-0.008 can be downloaded at:

New features:

- EnergyPlus engine v8.0.008

- SVG viewer (located in the Tool section of the main Ribbon bar)

- Dxf import

- New Chart tool for *.sql reports

- Small bug fixes
