[EnergyPlus_Support] Re: BASELINE Centrifugal chiller partload performance curve

For the baseline model, ASHRAE 90.1-2007 says that chillers have a COP and IPLV value according to the table 6.8.1I. 
However, it doesn't say anything about the performance curves, so what you can do is to create your own curves by regression, just make sure that the IPLV is calculated as follows:

 IPLV=0.01*A+0.42*B+0.45*C+0.12*D

 Where: A: efficiency at 100% (COP)
        B: efficiency at 75%
        C: efficiency at 50%
        D: efficiency at 25%

Data that is used to make this curve should be normalized.
You can start with coefficients given in this book: ''Non residential ALTERNATIVE CALCULATION METHOD APPROVAL MANUAL-1998'' and this guide: ''Development and Testing of a Reformulated Regression-Based Electric Chiller Model''
