[EnergyPlus_Support] G3.1.3.7: Type and number of chillers

Hello,

I have a question about the type and number of chillers I have to use for the baseline model according to ASHRAE 90.1-2007.
The issue is that in the IP version, these values are in tons and in the SI version, these are in m2. Actually, I think that these two units shouldn't be equivalent because the capacity not only depends on the area but also in the weather and Window-to-wall ratio, among others.

I get 370 tons for cooling load, which according to the IP version fits the second option (2 chillers), however the conditioned area for my project is less that 11148 m2, which according to the SI version fits the first option (just 1 chiller).

Please advice.
