There are six primary factors that directly affect thermal comfort that can be grouped in two categories: personal factors - because they are characteristics of the occupants - and environmental factors - which are conditions of the thermal environment. The former are metabolic rate and clothing level, the latter are air temperature, radiant temperature, air speed and humidity.

You may check the mean radiant temperature and humidity.

I would like to ask you something about Fanger PPD because it is affected by too many factors,and I am really confused.

Although,the Mean Air Temperature remains almost stable (25C-26C)and PMV factor fluctuates between "0.4-1.09" in the thermal zone,the Fanger starts increasing from about 10% to 35%.
Also,this happens during a hot day in the summer and the windows are closed
