I have the same issue as Ivan and it is not clear what I really must do the run a solar collector circuit.

At the WaterHeater:Mixed object, two objects are used in the particular E+ example. The first is the Instantaneous water (which is the electrical or gas heater) and the other is the storage tank connected to the solar collector. What are the exact parameters that must change so the water heater will work only when the water provided by the solar collector does not meet the water set point.
