If that is an interzone partition (fyi, EnergyPlus did not
define it -- DesignBuilder defined those for EnergyPlus), then the inside
surface temperature of one is the one that the partition
"belongs" to and its outside surface temperature is the
temperature of the surface in the adjacent zone and vice versa.
