[EnergyPlus_Support] Radiant ceiling system

Hi Team , I have some questions regarding Energy plus Heat exchanger. I am modeling a building with dedicated outdoor air system. In the building am modeling ,chilled water is supplied to Air handling units cooling coil and Radiant Panels at different temperatures. Chilled water supply temperature for Cooling coil is at 50oF while it is at 62oF for Radiant panels to avoid condensation at the panel surface. This is achieved by placing a heat exchanger(HX-1) between heat pump system and Radiant Panel system. This will add another loop in the system which I call it Radiant Panel loop in addition to the chilled water loop which has AHU cooling coil and heat exchanger(HX-1) in it. I have attached you the schematics for further clarification. Here are my Questions

-is it possible to add another loop in addition to the commonly used loops( HW loop , ChWloop and Condenser Loop) in Energy Plus for my Radiant Panel loop.
-I was trying to see the Heat exchangers available in Energy Plus.Based on the information in Energy plus InputOutput Reference those heat exchangers are to be used in the condenser loop. I was thinking of using HeatExchanger:Plate. Is it ok to use it assuming Radiant panel as demand side and chilled water side as my supply side?
-Do you know any example file of this sort that I can refer?

I tried to develop Energyplus model with the above assumptions and it gives me the following error.
"Fatal ** Autosizing of plant loop requires a loop Sizing:Plant object"
