I don't know how much help this is, but the constant volume radiant ceiling, I believe, has a heat exchanger already built into the component. Only useful of course if your ceilings have a constant flow. Annie

Your description sounds correct. Remember that where your plate water-water heat exchanger is a demand side user on your primary plant loop, it becomes the "source" on your secondary plant loop. The secondary plant must be completely defined just like the primary one. If you have left fields to be autosized, it will expect a plant sizing object to be defined. The other objects like the plant operating scheme must also be defined.
