Perhaps, although I'm not sure if shading surfaces will interact the way you want with respect to convection exchange with the zone air heat balance, and inter-surface radiation exchange.  It'd be worth a try...

Crazy question, but you are using the solar distribution model "FullInteriorAndExterior" and not just "FullExterior" right?
